We purchased this recliner for our 95 year old Aunt and she loves it! Perfect for a short person!!

Working great in our adult family home

Mom is recovering from an elbow fracture and 3 surgeries - in and out of the hospital, as well as rehab. She will probably need to remain in assisted living for the rest of her days. Though she declines the heat and massage, this chair fits her well (she is small, so we ordered the small size), allows her to get on her feet, and also kick back and relax with elevation for her legs which are circulation-compromised. She appreciates the cup holders, which keep her lip balm, TV remote, and pen near at hand.

The ordering was easy, and I appreciated that staff called me to confirm that the order was legitimate, as the billing and delivery addresses were different. Once that was confirmed, Mom received her chair within a few days. We, her children, also appreciate this chair, which keeps Mom comfortable.

I bought this chair for my wife, age 85. The chair arrived in a very timely manner. Was assembled by my son-in-law and grandson with no problems. The lift function of the chair is as advertised. After a few days we decided to try out the Message and Heat features. The Message works fine but the Heat is not working. I have been working with the Sales Department and after a couple days of e-mailing they are sending me a new Remote Massage/Heat controller to see if that will resolve the issue. Will update my review after this issue is resolved.
