Really disappointed with this recliner/massager. Purchased it for a precious wife to help relieve pressure after her hip surgery. Recliner worked perfect from Dec 2023 - Aug 2024 then massage motors stopped working. Very frustrating and disappointing with this product. Sad, sad, sad :-(
Received my 2 recliners on date promised. I was glad to see them arrive in 4 heavy duty boxes with no damage as they were packaged . I completed assembly of both recliners in less than 20 minutes with no tools required. I love these recliners with the power adjustment and massage choices. Especially the wave. My wife enjoys the warmth of the heated sections. Absolutely enjoy the comfort. Only thought now is how long the power motors hold up. Only time will tell. Only wish I had added the power lift
I received the recliner in two boxes. My son put it together for me. He said it was so easy to put together. I have just had spine surgery, so the heat and massage really help. I will use it a lot this winter. I'm very happy with it.
