Chair is OK. Support service not OK. Chair was delivered on time. Upon our assembly we found the arm and base brackets were not compatible. This was a Saturday afternoon so we called the proper number and no one answered so a detailed message was left with complete photos and explanation of the issue. Several days went by before we received a call. Rather than sending four comparable brackets which are easy to install, you decided to send a new base. Upon receiving, we made the exchange and boxed the old base for returning to you. No return was requested, but told it was my responsible to dispose of the 100 # base. I am 92 years old and can not deal with that. I have made arrangements, but think it was your responsibility to deal with the old base. Did the fire in LA effect my issues with the chair? If so, someone should have kept in touch and explained the delays. Hope this reply ends up with the right person.

Easy to assemble by me (I'm 70 years old). Very quiet. My 101-year-old mother loves it.

Love the wide seat, love the depth for my short body, wish it could have been inch or 2 from floor to top of seat. Really bad wanted this chair in leather and dual control. But they don't sell it. My husband is very immobile so chair needed short from floor to top of seat and short depth. This was the only chair out there anywhere with these kind of measurements, so we bought it. Wish they made more odd measurements chairs for odd shaped people. Thankful for this one and only chair. Price had nothing to do with it. I needed pacific measurements. It works. .looked everywhere stores and online. 6 months. Thank-you for this chair.

Mom is very happy with this chair. There are a couple of things that would make it perfect - a cup holder on in one of the arms and the ability to sit up straighter with legs lifted.
